Condensation was noted on the terrazzo of the observation lounge. The matter was investigated and traced to a beverage, which was cold. The lounge was not. No fault has been assigned. The floor has been dried. The beverage has been jacketed.
The following rule has been posted facility-wide:
RULE SB-19: Cold beverages are to be jacketed.
Compliance equipment is available in Surplus. The equipment is foam-lined and fits standard cans. The lining is foam.
Output was unaffected. The facility meets all applicable codes.
